JOB DESCRIPTION

As Business Development Manager projects, you are the connecting factor between commerce and project execution. You understand the dynamics of building hotels, offices and the repurposed of buildings. You know how to advise clients on future-proof and sustainable projects.

With your strong network, you spot opportunities, build relationships and guide clients from initial idea to realisation – within budget and schedule. Architectural knowledge is a plus, but your strengths lie in strategy, commerce and customer-oriented thinking.

Your core tasks:

✅ Networking & Relationship Management

• You have a strong network and know how to use it commercially.
• You are the permanent point of contact for clients and build long-term partnerships.
• You are the commercial project developer with a network in offices, transformations and hotels.

✅ Strategic advice & planning

• From the first meeting with the client, you draw up a clear process plan and manage expectations.
• You translate concepts and designs into a task-setting budget and know how to spot commercial opportunities.

🔹 Strong commercial mindset and a relevant network.
🔹 Minimum of an HBO degree, preferably commercial and/or a construction-related field.
🔹 Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction or real estate sector.
🔹 Experience in building hotels, offices and repurposing buildings.
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 You are fluent in Dutch and English.
