We place importance on the fitness and health of our staff. We serve the best tea, coffee and cappuccino on the work floor. The fruit bowls are replenished every day in the department. And every afternoon, Gülnur and her colleagues provide a fresh, healthy lunch. We lunch together. Take a break from your workstation to have lunch together in our great restaurant. After lunch, you can play a game of pool or table football in our games room or go for a walk round the block together.
And should you be unable to work, we are there for you too. Even though our collective labour agreement states that we pay 85% of your wages, if you are unable to come to work, Bulsink pays 100% of your wages for the first three months. And with customised support, so you can get back to being fit and healthy as soon as possible.
At Bulsink, we ensure you have a soft landing in our organisation. The first weeks are all about onboarding. Getting to know your colleagues, the culture, the key values and the various departments. But also substantive onboarding. How we work. What the work processes entail and where can you find all the information you need for your tasks.
