JOB DESCRIPTION

Together with your colleague Modellers, you form the BIM team. We use Revit to bring construction drawings and artist impressions to life. By automating parts of the modelling process, we speed up project turnaround times. As a BIM Modeller, you are responsible for the technical development and detailing of projects such as hotels and offices. The focus is on 3D development and building the information model in Revit. To this end, you work closely with the Operations department.

Your core responsibilities as a BIM Modeller include:

• Designing and calculating technical installations.
• Checking CAD drawings.
• Coming up with creative solutions in collaboration with the client.
• Acting as a connecting factor between the client and the implementation.

Your profile?

As a BIM Modeller, you are a specialist in building and expanding models. You are familiar with the current Building Decree and Dutch regulations.  In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with Revit and BIM.
• Have a proficiency in both Dutch and English.
