JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Site Manager, you are the link between everyone on the construction site. You maintain an overview, ensure a safe working environment and monitor the quality of the work. Together with the project team, you ensure that the construction process runs smoothly. You are the contact person on site for suppliers and subcontractors. You also believe that a well-organised construction site is the key to every successful project.

Your core responsibilities as a Site Manager include:

• Monitoring and managing the work on the construction site
• You keep a close eye on safety on the construction site; a safe working environment is a priority
• Monitoring schedules and keeping trach of additional and reduced work
• You are the connecting factor between the construction site and the project team
• You keep the project team up to date on project and cost developments

Your profile?

As a Site Manager, you are able to maintain an overview of the construction site. You also have good communication skills to get everyone on the same page in a project and ensure proper execution. In addition, you have:

• MBO working and thinking level with a degree in Construction or Engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position with proven construction experience
• Have a proficiency in both Dutch and English
• You have a solution-oriented approach and are a hands-on person
