JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Analyst, you have an important role in collecting, analysing and interpreting data and translating this into strategic insights that have a direct impact on our organisation. You know the story behind the numbers and know how to convincingly convert this into concrete advice.

At the same time, you will become the owner of our ERP system (BouwWorks). You will continuously research, learn, test and optimise the system so that it fits in perfectly with our business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to gather information, deepen insights and arrive at efficient and effective solutions.

You will join our Service Centre and help us to work smarter through the use of data and technology.

Your core responsibilities as a Data Analyst include:

• You collect, analyse and interpret project and process data and translate this into strategic and tactical insights.
• You develop, manage and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• You use Power BI to visualise data and turn it into valuable insights at an operational and tactical level.
• You will work with Project Managers, Project Engineer and management to implement digital solutions.
• You will advise on process optimisations based on analyses and set up (partially) automated processes.
• You will take ownership of our ERP system: improving, testing, adapting and optimising it.
• You research, experiment and implement smart workflows that really make our work easier.
• You manage and develop Power Apps and other digital tools that support and automate processes.
• You train and advise colleagues so that everyone gets the most out of our systems.
• You follow technological innovations and initiate appropriate improvements for our organisation.

Your profile?

With us, you will not only have a challenging role, but also the opportunity to make a real impact. Are you that Data Analyst and do you have the skills and experience listed below? Then we would love to hear from you!

• You have a strong affinity with software management, data analysis and digital processes.
• You have experience with data analysis, dashboards and reporting (preferably Power BI).
• You have experience with or an interest in ERP systems.
• Experience with Power Apps and/or Microsoft 365 tools is a big plus.
• You are analytically strong, curious and able to master systems independently.
• You can switch between technology, data and the practicalities of the workplace.
• You have a completed HBO degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in software management, functional management or a similar role.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
