JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a driven Construction Project Engineer who knows how to get things done? At Bulsink, you will work with a project team on various large projects such as offices or hotels. You will be involved from the preparation to the evaluation of a project and will ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a Project Engineer, you are a hands-on person with technical insight.

Your core responsibilities as a Construction Project Engineer include:

• Preparing schedules, budgets, and quotations.
• Ensure that all necessary materials and services are arranged.
• You maintain contact with subcontractors, the client and the Project Manager.
• Supervising the progress of the project and ensuring quality.
• Sharing knowledge to optimally execute the project and break through boundaries.
• Processing all data in the BouwWorks system.

Your profile?

As a Construction Project Engineer, engineering and construction run through your veins. Since you will be working in a project team and will have a lot of contact with subcontractors, it is important that you are a good team player. You are able to switch gears quickly and have a solution-oriented attitude. In addition, you have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position with proven construction experience.
• HBO working and thinking level, preferably a degree in construction or engineering.
• Have a proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• You have a solution-oriented attitude and can quickly adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• You have a collaborative attitude and enjoy working in a project team.
