JOB DESCRIPTION

As a junior BIM Modeller, you will be part of our BIM team. Using Revit, we bring construction drawings and artist’s impressions to life. Automation of parts of the modelling process enables us to speed up project delivery.

As a Junior BIM Modeller, you will work alongside your colleagues on the technical drawings of our projects. You will use Revit to translate designs into BIM models an develop technical details. By doing so, you will contribute to the preparation and delivery of projects for our retail clients. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer of the project.

Your core responsibilities as a Junior BIM Modeller include:

• Producing BIM models in Revit based on project requirements
• Preparing construction details and project information
• Checking CAD drawings for quality
• Working with colleagues to find practical and effective solutions
• Collaborating closely with the project team throughout the project

YOUR PROFILE?

You are an enthusiastic starter or junior professional with a passion for construction and 3D modelling. You are eager to learn, work accurately and enjoy contributing to exciting projects together with your colleagues.

In addition, you have:

• A completed HBO education in construction
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• An interest in BIM and Revit
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work
• Have a proficiency in both Dutch and English
