JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Project Assistant, you provide essential support across multiple ongoing projects. You will provide administrative and organisational support to our Project Engineers and Project Managers, ensuring that projects run efficiently. You will maintain an overview, seamlessly switch between different tasks, and ensure that everything is well organised.

Your core responsibilities as a Project Assistant include:

  • You will support Project Engineers and Project Managers in the preparation, coordination, and administration of projects
  • You will keep track of the planning, work orders and project data in BouwWorks and ensure that all administrative work is well organised
  • You will assist with permit applications, procurement contracts, ordering materials and registering work activities
  • You will monitor the progress of projects, prepare reports and provide support during handover and post-project support
  • You will ensure that project documentation is processed and archived accurately, so that projects continue to run in a structured way

Your profile?

As a Project Assistant, you are someone who maintains an overview, works in a structured way and gets energy from supporting the team. You are accurate, proactive and good at setting priorities. In addition, you have:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level
  • An administrative background and, preferably, experience in construction or a project-based work environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a structured approach to managing tasks
  • A proactive and independent work approah
  • Have a proficiency in both Dutch and English, a good command of German is a plus
