JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operational management of various construction projects. With your knowledge and expertise in construction, you ensure that projects are delivered on time and result in a high-quality outcome. You serve as the connecting link between different departments and provide guidance to the team when needed.

Your core responsibilities as an Operations Manager include:

• Leading and coaching a project team consisting of Project Managers and Project Engineers

• Overseeing large-scale projects and intervening when necessary

• Evaluating projects from both a technical and financial perspective

• Monitoring the capacity, budget, timeline, and quality of ongoing projects

• Continuously optimizing the design, engineering, and execution processes within the department to ensure interior fit-out projects are completed within the set deadlines

• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives

YOUR PROFILE?

Thanks to your knowledge, organizational skills, and coaching abilities, you consistently lead projects to great success. In addition, you:

🔹 Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business Administration

🔹 Have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including several years in a leadership role

🔹 Possess excellent organizational and communication skills

🔹 Have strong financial insight and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Are proactive, independent, and decisive

🔹 Have proficiency in both Dutch and English
